What you'll do

• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale onboarding
• Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong, qualified sales pipeline
• Lead client conversations, understand business needs, and negotiate win‑win partnerships
• Provide expert guidance on our products and ensure alignment with client objectives
• Support new clients through their first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition to Account Management
• Ensure accurate execution of sales processes and internal standards

What we seek

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; startup or logistics background is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Hunter mentality with strong initiative, curiosity, and resilience
• Strong business acumen and data‑driven decision‑making
• Can‑do attitude and grit to pursue and close opportunities
• Understanding of mobile and web technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
