Overview

EMEA off-cycle internships are posted in line with local recruitment cycles throughout the year. You can only make one application (globally) per recruitment season; duplicate profiles will not be reviewed. We anticipate teams will start reviewing resumes from September 2026. Anticipated start date: February / March 2027. If selected for interview, we will reach out for next steps. Interns are challenged to think creatively, offer input, and add value from day one. Interns are expected to pursue projects with excellence, a collaborative spirit, and the highest levels of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses
• Build and use financial models
• Prepare pitchbooks and live deal materials, such as offering memorandums and prospectuses
• Conduct industry and product research
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information
• Participate in the execution of financings and M&A transactions

What we look for in a candidate

• Desire to make an impact through real, hands-on work on active deal teams
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professionalism, client management skills, and strong technical, written, and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; adaptable and able to work independently and in a team
• For London office applicants: fluency in English is required
• Previous experience within corporate finance is preferred
