Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to source, evaluate, and select qualified and diverse talent.
  • Partner with business/function heads to facilitate the recruitment process and hire suitable talent aligned with business direction.
  • Develop and implement a talent pipeline to anticipate future needs and ensure a continuous flow of candidates via proactive sourcing.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and all recruitment channels including advertisements, search firms, websites, and unsolicited recruitment management to source from social networks.
  • Expand predatory recruiting capability by partnering with related associations, networks, tech schools, and attending career events to drive pipeline, passive recruiting, and referrals.
  • Effectively market the company as an employer of choice, leveraging the brand.
  • Manage best practices, sourcing effectiveness, and advise the businesses on hiring trends in the marketplace.
  • Proactively meet sourcing objectives across contacts, leads, interviews, hires, market penetration, cost savings, and time-to-fill, performing full recruitment through onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and hiring practices and continuously leverage the system to manage the entire candidate process.
  • Participate in ad hoc recruitment-related projects in collaboration with the Talent & Culture Asia team.
