How does this role contribute to our collective success?

AXIS has a regulatory obligation to ensure that third-party companies comply with minimum standards for the handling of claims where there is a Delegated Claims Authority (DCA). The role is to assist the Claims team in fulfilling this obligation.

What will you do in this role?

• Onboarding and completion of third-party due diligence
• Creation of DCA contracts
• Review, analysis, and reporting of third-party performance
• Coordination of third-party audit scheduling
• Issuance and tracking to closure of audit recommendations
• Production and analysis of information required for internal governance meetings
• Input, maintenance, and monitoring of the DCA Register and records in other IT platforms
• Prepare and update third-party contracts and schedules for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Coverholders
• Third-party performance oversight monitoring
• Oversight of loss funds
• Liaison with necessary key stakeholders

What you need to have

• Progress towards CII qualifications is an advantage but not essential
• Previous experience within delegated claims
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to fair outcomes
