Role Summary

PwC is seeking an intern/trainee to support process improvement and change management initiatives within the Firm. The role involves analyzing current processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities, gathering data, and assisting in the development and maintenance of AI-powered tools to support day-to-day business tasks. You will learn to liaise with stakeholders across departments, create user-focused materials, and contribute to solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs by assisting to analyze current processes and identify pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct desk analysis and gather data points to support decision making
  • Learn techniques to gather user feedback to refine proposed solutions
  • Learn to liaise with and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams
  • Assist in creating support materials (e.g., user guides, standard operating procedures)
  • Assist in building and maintaining AI-powered tools to support day-to-day business tasks, ensuring quality and relevance to end-user needs
