The estimated salary for this position is $712.87–$867.37 per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive to New Hyde Park warehouse to pick up a bank-owned vehicle used to deliver interoffice mail.
• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items between offices and vendors when needed. Retrieve supplies as requested by load sheet and ensure all items are accounted for and delivered securely and confidentially when required.
• Drive to the Main Office to pick up interoffice mail and other supplies and marketing materials to ensure timely delivery to the branches.
• Drive to each branch on the assigned route to deliver mail and pick up any outgoing mail from the branches.
• Respond to adverse weather conditions (snow, rain) by ensuring that the banks' surroundings are kept in a safe condition.
• Receive deliveries and ensure that materials and supplies are properly inventoried.
• Report any issues, delays, or traffic problems to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle (if applicable).
• Operate company-provided vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
• Assist with other related duties as necessary from time to time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (handling correspondence).
• Basic PC skills required.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to get along with others.
• Valid NYS driver license.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
