Job Description:
This role serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs of both individuals and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, supporting self-service or transactional activities, and delivering exceptional client care. Expectations include proactively connecting with clients via outbound calls and maintaining consistent follow-up routines.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs and guiding clients through their life priorities
- Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies
- Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy
- Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping
- Manage client interactions by taking appropriate actions for the bank and its clients while complying with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented, client-centric environment
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-focused mindset
- Collaborates effectively to achieve goals, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives
- Ability to identify solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging all clients in person or by phone
- Ability to learn, adapt to new information and technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and respond to changing circumstances
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients’ needs
- Effective time management with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks
- Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date (location-dependent)
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and be scheduled at any reasonable financial center location
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Experience working in a financial center with goals met or exceeded
- Retail and/or sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment
- Experience working in environments with individual and/or team goals where targets were routinely met or exceeded
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and prior experience using laptop technology

Pay and Benefits Information
Pay Range
$25.97 - $31.75 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
Formulaic incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on performance against defined metrics and may be monthly, quarterly, and/or annual.
