Salary Range: $83,000 - $90,000
Job Description
Serve as a strategic contributor within the Global Marketing team, responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Work on initiatives that span digital advertising, social media, web content, thought leadership, and client communications to help the team drive measurable impact on brand visibility and business growth. In a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage multiple concurrent projects while proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Collaborate closely with marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement integrated marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media assets, internal and external communications, web pages, performance reports, white papers, and digital advertisements. Lead daily project intake and briefing processes, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams. Establish clear milestones, ownership structures, and success metrics to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Utilize advanced marketing technologies including Pardot, Social Studio, Dataroma, Cvent, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Ads to execute campaigns and deliver actionable performance insights. Consistently demonstrate expertise in campaign analytics, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy, contributing to global marketing effectiveness and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing programs across email, social media, web, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate with marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals, milestones, and metrics.
- Oversee daily project intake and briefing processes, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and strategic objectives through rigorous quality control.
- Utilize marketing technologies (Pardot, Social Studio, Dataroma, Cvent, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads) to execute campaigns and generate performance insights.
- Provide campaign analytics and insights to inform global marketing effectiveness and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or Public Relations and a minimum of one year of public relations and corporate marketing experience. Experience must include:
- Public relations strategy and engagement in global marketing efforts within a matrixed environment with multiple divisions and business units.
- Experience with marketing campaign structures, project planning, and management techniques.
- Experience organizing and analyzing campaign results, evaluating engagement trends, concerns, and opportunities to support recommendations.
- Experience executing multifaceted marketing campaigns that include web, email, social media, and digital advertising components.
