Overview

Join a global consulting firm as part of the EMEA finance team, supporting offices across the UK, Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Cayman Islands as part of a shared service function. The Accounts Receivable team aims to provide the highest quality service to clients by efficiently managing all client invoicing requirements. The role requires a strong focus, attention to detail, and a customer-service oriented approach, with good communication and emotional intelligence to interact with colleagues.

The Team

The Accounts Receivable team in London carries out day-to-day activities within the team and reports to the Manager – Accounts Receivable. You will work alongside Associates and Senior Associates in the team.

Responsibilities

• Set up client project codes for all A&M EMEA entities
• Raise client invoices for all A&M entities across EMEA
• Ensure the accurate and timely creation and distribution of invoices to the project team for client sending
• Post Invoice WIP allocations
• Investigate billing queries from the business
• Assist with pulling audit samples and queries
• Perform month-end close checks
• Administer temporary code extensions and client code management

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in an Accounts Receivable and Billing function with experience setting up project codes, raising invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution
• Experience working in a project or professional services environment
• Solid understanding of financial regulations related to billing and collections
• Experience working collaboratively in a team of accounts or billing personnel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner with ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
