We are seeking bright and enthusiastic interns from December 2026 – February 2027 (Year End internship) who are passionate about problem solving and keen to pick up the requisite skills for a long-term career at PwC.

About the Team

The Financial Services Strategy & Operations (FSO) team helps financial institutions transform by (1) leading strategic growth and reinvention initiatives (2) advising FIs on operational and technical implications of acquisitions and divestments (3) defining and implementing transformation initiatives (4) harnessing emerging technology and business models (5) re-defining business capabilities to ensure sustainable and inclusive growth.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role within engagement teams by supporting analysis and executing tasks with precision.
• Bring perspective on how problems may be structured and support analysis that underpins solutions for the client.
• Think independently, take ownership of tasks, and ideate ways forward within a team setting to drive impact.
• Contribute to the Consulting practice by supporting or leading internal initiatives.
• Internal networking is encouraged to explore interests and strengths during the internship.

About You

• Current enrolled in an undergraduate or bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and quality of work.
• Demonstrated ability and propensity for leadership in team settings.
• Basic understanding of core consulting concepts, such as structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative orientations).
• Creativity and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong personal presence with compelling and professional presentation and communication skills.
