Women in Banking Programme

The William Blair Women in Banking Programme is a two-day immersive experience designed to introduce high-potential female students to careers in investment banking. Through workshops, commercial discussions, and networking opportunities, participants will gain first-hand insight into the analyst role and life at William Blair.

Programme Highlights

• Gain practical insight into investment banking through technical and commercial workshops led by William Blair bankers
• Participate in valuation, Excel, and case study exercises designed to develop core analytical skills
• Network with Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors across our industry teams
• Learn about William Blair's collaborative culture, career opportunities, and the investment banking recruitment process
• Build your professional network with William Blair professionals and fellow participants
• Selected participants may be considered for accelerated progression within William Blair's 2027 Summer Analyst Programme

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from undergraduate students who:

• Are interested in pursuing a career in investment banking
• Are expected to graduate in 2028
• Demonstrate strong academic achievement
• Have an established interest in finance, business, or investment banking
• Demonstrate leadership potential, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills

Students from all degree disciplines are encouraged to apply.
