Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of experienced consultants, supporting Managers in delivering holistic solutions to clients in HR operations and advisory, employment taxes, immigration, and total rewards.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job training with our teams of consultants.
• Contribute to various work streams within the team on multiple client projects.
• Develop fit-for-purpose client solutions by understanding clients’ needs from a holistic perspective.
• Develop impactful client deliverables to effectively communicate key insights.
• Assist in providing comprehensive Singapore employment tax advisory alongside the corporate tax team, covering structuring, investments, M&A, family office setups, and other advisory work for a diverse range of Singapore/global clients.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership by seeking new knowledge and tracking market trends.
• Participate in business development initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
• Foster strong client relationships and keep clients up to date with key market and legislative developments.

What we are looking for

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial/Statistics, or Human Resources.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Solid conceptual understanding of theories and frameworks.
• Active participation in co-curricular activities.
• Strong passion for the consulting industry with a desire to learn more.
• Prior experience in a consulting role is desirable but not essential.
