Overview
Susquehanna’s Quantitative Trader Internship provides a distinctive opportunity to learn about quantitative trading. The program splits time between working on a trading desk and classroom education, offering a strong foundation for a career in quant trading. Interns are fully embedded on a trading desk, working with an experienced trader mentor. In education sessions, interns receive industry-leading training in options theory and decision science. Students with a STEM background can leverage quantitative skills to understand how Susquehanna uses game theory, decision science, and cutting-edge technology to make trading decisions. The goal is to provide deep exposure to trading so interns can decide if it is the right path for them.
What we’re looking for
- Intention to graduate with a minimum of a bachelor's degree and begin full-time employment by August 2028
- Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills
- General computer skills required; computer programming skills are a plus
- Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Visa sponsorship is available for this position

Compensation & Perks
Trading Interns at Susquehanna will receive a $7,600 weekly base salary during the ten-week program. In addition, interns will receive a signing bonus, housing, breakfast and lunch, and other perks.
