Job Description

PwC’s Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business—from people to performance, systems to strategy, and business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate, and control risks—from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by examining technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking – Apply structured analytical approaches to dissect complex business issues, validate and interpret data, and craft insights that drive meaningful client decisions.
• Communication and Storytelling – Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages in boardroom presentations, client workshops, or written deliverables.

What we are looking for

Academic Background

• Students in disciplines with an analytical and quantitative component. Preferred fields include, but are not limited to, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or Software Engineering.

Data & Technology Fundamentals

• Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and cloud/big data concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).

Analytics & Tools

• Exposure to analytics, data science, or digital projects, with familiarity in BI/visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and programming (SQL, Python).

Emerging Technologies

• Awareness of GenAI, automation, and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).

Business & Delivery Skills

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with an interest in translating business needs into practical solutions.
