Overview

PwC’s Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We help clients deliver business control to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business, from people to performance, systems to strategy, and business resilience. We assess and prepare businesses by examining technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and third-party risk to help clients meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced problem-solvers and subject matter experts to tackle complex business challenges from strategy through execution, contributing to AI and data-related services.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of technology concepts and their application to real-world problems.
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and deliver strategic recommendations that inform decisions.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs.

What we are looking for

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in analytically and quantitatively rigorous disciplines (e.g., Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering).
• Demonstrated passion for technology, with experience in foundational cloud platforms and programming.
• Foundational Cloud Platforms Proficiency: Knowledge and practical experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Programming Skills: Solid understanding of programming with practical experience in SQL, Python, and R.
• Data Visualization Skills: Foundational knowledge in data storytelling and visualization using Power BI and Tableau.
• Requirement Translation and Technical Logic Design: Translate client needs into actionable technical solutions bridging business challenges with implementation.
• Data: Foundational understanding of data structures, databases, and data processing. Desired skills include:
  • Database, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake management and tools (e.g., SSMS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, MongoDB).
  • Data architecture design and assessment (e.g., batch ingestion, near-real-time ingestion, event streaming, Pub/Sub models).
  • Data modelling techniques for dimensional models and conceptual-logical-physical modeling.
  • Data integration and management using ETL and API tools (Informatica, AWS Glue, Apigee, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway, Postman).
  • Data quality and governance concepts and tools (Informatica Data Quality, SAP Data Quality Management, Collibra, Alation, Purview, Informatica).
• AI: Knowledge and experience applying Automation, Analytics, AI, and GenAI to solve business problems. Desired skills include:
  • Experience designing and executing projects that leverage Automation, Analytics, AI, and GenAI to address business challenges.
  • Conceptual understanding of AI concepts (e.g., tree-based models, transformers) and ability to translate them into business impact.
  • Awareness of evolving AI technologies and modern data science tools.
  • Ability to identify risks (ethical, model-related, etc.) posed by AI systems.
