Associate Credit Maintenance Analyst

CRMS – Credit Risk Administration (Entry-Level)

CRMS offers developing professional roles that integrate specialty knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices, application of analytical thinking, and review and verification of documentation and data. These roles work collaboratively with other teams to accomplish the objectives of the department and organization through effective communication and diplomacy when exchanging potentially complex and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional judgment and knowledge of department policy and procedures in the completion of assigned duties
• Review approved credit packages and create and maintain credit records
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution of underlying causes of data inquiries
• Timely management, escalation, and resolution of requests, inquiries, and issues related to departmental functions
• Participate in projects related to the department and organization, including performing user testing for technology implementations
• Identify gaps and provide input to streamline work processes
• Understand how the team integrates with other functions to accomplish department and organizational objectives
• Provide cross-training on processes to relevant backup specialists

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• Ability to research and provide solutions
• Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience reviewing credit loan documentation

Education

• Bachelor’s/University Degree or equivalent experience
