How you will create an impact

In teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, you will build industry, business, and subject-matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Specifically, you will gain experience in:

• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.
• Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions as appropriate.
• Learning & Development: Engage in workshops and training to enhance consulting and business acumen, and understanding of Simon-Kucher’s methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to apply strategy development and data analysis to solve client challenges, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Your profile

• 1+ years of work experience; participation in management consulting or industry groups as an undergraduate is highly valued.
• Enrolled in or holding an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university/college; degree in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related field is a plus.
• Complex data analytic skills (Python, SQL, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; inclusive and empathetic team member.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
• The base salary range for U.S. roles is $105,000 to $110,000 per year; specific compensation within this range depends on experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to reflect market conditions.
• Benefits for eligible employees include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
