Position Overview

Equipment Associate Engineer to perform 12-hour rotating shifts, carrying out Preventive Maintenance and assisting Equipment Engineers to maintain wafer fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment to support module goals and production success.
• Follow SOPs, conduct corrective action steps per specification, and maintain support tools effectively.
• Work 12-hour shifts to support production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness for production.
• Maintain good housekeeping on the production floor, sub-fab, offices, and maintenance support areas.
• Adhere to safe practices and maintain custody of tools, equipment, and other module assets.
• Participate in module improvement activities.
• Provide accurate handoffs of line issues and maintain documentation (complete and file checklists).
• Comply with and implement environmental, health, safety, and security (EHSS) policies applicable to the scope of work to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in the electrical/electronics industry.
• Good team player with a truthful, logical, and responsible attitude.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined, and able to support overtime.
