Job Descriptions

• Assist in the product development process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products, including but not limited to research on emerging customer needs and market trends, assist in preparing product specifications, provisions, sales illustrations & product manuals, and performing UAT.
• Prepare ongoing product performance tracking and assist in automation of data extraction to facilitate timely post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate and handle product inquiries and special quotations from distribution.
• Support direct manager on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• University graduate.
• Preferably with experience in financial or insurance industry.
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of work experience.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned tasks.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Good relationship management, planning and execution skills.
• Ideally with good knowledge of life insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Team player and energizer.
