Meet the Team

The Finance Department provides best in class advice, support and control to our businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team. Within Finance, the APAC FP&A and Compensation team delivers financial analysis, business insights, and compensation reporting that support senior management decision-making across the region. The team works at the intersection of strategic analysis, forecasting, and expense management, with a focus on rigorous evaluation, clear reporting, and strong partnership across the business.

What You'll Do

• Partner with businesses and develop financial models which can be used to assess financial impact of various strategic business opportunities
• Analyze deal structure and economics to assess strategic fit
• Prepare various monthly and quarterly financial dashboards with good business insights for senior management reflecting actual results, and comparisons to forecasts / budgets
• Prepare portfolio manager compensation reporting and analysis to senior management
• Responsible for handling portfolio manager compensation calculation
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, private equity or transaction advisory research
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (Pivot tables, macros, VBA); Knowledge of Tableau a plus
• Advanced quantitative and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communications with the ability to communicate with senior management, peers and professional staff
• Excellent attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy, quality, and integrity
• Quick learner, Detail oriented; Demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work
• Able to prioritize with high sense of urgency in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
