Role: Investment Group Resource Assistant
You will rotate to different teams across multiple investment units and provide interim support to 2–4 investment managers at a time. You’ll help our investment professionals stay organized so they can focus on driving the business. Using tools such as Outlook, OneNote, Concur, and SharePoint, you’ll help day-to-day office operations run smoothly. You’ll follow a conscious process to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Every day will be different as you coordinate calendars across time zones, take minutes, follow up on actions, prepare meeting documents, arrange travel, and contribute to ad hoc projects. You’ll have opportunities to take on a variety of projects and rotations after completing training and proving success in the role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- You have demonstrable years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders and at least one executive. Experience as a floater is preferred.
- You are patient and can adapt your style to meet the needs of your managers.
- You take a collaborative, considerate and thoughtful approach to everything you do.
- You are curious, resourceful, and welcome new challenges and opportunities.
- You can manage multiple diaries in Outlook, plan and coordinate all meetings across multiple time zones, and identify and resolve conflicting meetings.
- You demonstrate good judgment in ambiguous situations and remain flexible with changing workloads.
- You show initiative to work creatively and collaboratively with others across different global regions.
- You are proficient with Microsoft tools and have an interest in learning new tools and enhancing processes.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
