Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze net cash flow, assets, and related financial metrics at partner and product level.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to support partnership and distribution decisions.
• Maintain and quality-check core datasets, including financial and deal databases.

Data Management and Quality

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of core partnership and financial data.
• Identify and flag data issues or inconsistencies, escalating as appropriate.
• Support the smooth operation of the data environment underpinning reporting and insight.

Partnership and Deal Support

• Support evaluation of standard distribution partnership opportunities using defined frameworks.
• Maintain deal trackers and supporting documentation for governance and approvals.
• Contribute to structured assessment of partnership activity.

Insight Development and Contribution

• Explain key drivers behind movements in flows and assets using clear logic.
• Begin to add commentary on trends and underlying causes.
• Respond to ad hoc analysis requests in a timely and structured manner.

Working Approach and Team Contribution

• Operate independently at task level with guidance, managing recurring and ad hoc workload.
• Demonstrate sound judgment on when to resolve issues and when to escalate.
• Work collaboratively across the immediate team and partner functions.
• Build capability towards more complex analytical and partnership work over time.
