What You’ll Do

• Underwrite private credit opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sector, focusing on financial modeling, diligent credit analysis, and market drivers
• Deal execution, including sponsor and management team engagement, negotiation, structuring, and syndication
• Support senior team members in transaction approvals with internal functions
• Build financial models, size debt, run sensitivities, and analyze cash flow coverages and other debt metrics
• Analyze project documents and third-party consultant reports
• Participate in ongoing risk management and company performance oversight

Skills You’ll Need

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical ability, creative problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity
• BA or master’s degree in economics, business, engineering, or law from a top-tier university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to leverage AI effectively

Expectations

The Bank expects employees in this role to work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

Compensation

The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may be based on factors including but not limited to a candidate’s skills, experience, education, work location, and qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
