Programme Description
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Programme is a 10-week in-person experience offering extensive exposure across the firm. It provides guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft-skills training, networking opportunities, and immersion in Blackstone’s culture.
Job Description
Summer Analysts will work closely with the investment team on sourcing, due diligence, and the execution of investment opportunities. The successful candidate must possess:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles
- A basic knowledge of accounting and finance
- Self-motivation to find solutions independently, and humility to acknowledge limits and uncertainties
- Sincere commitment to professional development
- Excellent attention to detail
