Responsibilities

Deliver Joyful Arrival, Transaction & Departure Experience

  • Greet and welcome customers to the branch in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with check-in procedures and minimize waiting time.
  • Manage the ticketing, waiting, and seating for customers as appropriate.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve or appropriately address any issues.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and welcoming branch environment.

Provide Seamless & Consistent Daily Service Operations at the Bank Halls & Entrances

  • Ensure customers receive the experience described in DBS service guidelines and that service standards and goals are met.
  • Align service performance with DBS RED values – Respectful, Easy to deal with, Dependable.
  • Act as a Digital Banking specialist to encourage and guide customers to use digital channels for transactions.
  • Mentor Service Ambassadors to deliver a joyful service experience.
  • Support orchestration of bank hall operations, cash and non-cash transactions, customer onboarding journey, and advisory services.

Support to Continuously Uplift Service Standards & Processes

  • Proactively identify areas or opportunities to improve service and support the development and implementation of new initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in daily huddles to adopt a customer-obsessed mindset and reflect customer feedback and improvement areas.

Support Contingency

  • Work as a backup to support and perform transactions as appropriate and needed.
  • Assist with other front-office duties in service areas as needed.

Support Daily Routine Work

  • Support and assist in branch overall operation tasks.

Requirements

  • HKCEE holders with passes in English, Chinese, and Mathematics.
  • Proven and hands-on customer service experience, preferably in banking or hospitality industries.
  • Strong customer-obsessed service mindset and attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
