What the Role Entails

We are looking for a passionate and highly community-driven Community Intern to support our PC and Console game publishing efforts in London.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with gaming communities, internet culture and player conversations. You will help create engaging community content, identify viral opportunities, support communication with players, and work closely with internal teams to translate gameplay updates into player-friendly messaging.

The ideal candidate is both a hardcore gamer and a creative community native — someone who understands what players care about, speaks their language, and knows how to make content feel authentic, timely, and shareable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day community operations for PC and Console game titles across key social and community platforms.
• Create and contribute ideas for engaging, player-relevant community content, including memes, short videos, social posts, and trend-led content.
• Monitor player discussions, community sentiment, gameplay feedback, and emerging trends across platforms such as Discord, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, and other relevant channels.
• Help identify high-potential community creators, KOLs, streamers, and gaming influencers.
• Translate gameplay updates, feature changes, events, and patch notes into community-friendly language that resonates with players.
• Work closely with publishing, marketing and development teams to ensure player-facing messaging is accurate, engaging, and authentic.
• Help collect, organize, and summarize community feedback for internal teams.
• Stay up to date with PC/Console gaming trends, player culture, memes, creator content, and competitor community activities.

Who We Look For

• A hardcore PC and/or Console gamer with strong knowledge of gaming culture, player communities, and online gaming conversations. Previous game operations/community experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, memes and youth-oriented social media trends.
• Good sense of what makes content engaging, authentic, and shareable within gaming communities.
• Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to write in a natural, player-friendly, and community-native tone.
• Comfortable communicating with both players and internal teams, including developers and publishing stakeholders.
• Passion for PC/Console games, especially multiplayer, shooter, action, RPG, live-service, or community-driven titles.
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or contributing to gaming communities, fan pages, Discord servers, Reddit communities, or social channels.
• Video editing, image editing, or content production skills.
• Previous internship or project experience in gaming, entertainment, social media, community, marketing, or content creation.
