Working at Wintermute

We are looking for a Trading Analyst in London with strong Python coding skills and a curiosity about HFT, market making, and crypto trading. You will work closely with the traders on the trading floor to expand and improve trading activities across multiple markets and strategies. You will learn from the traders and be at the centre of the action, supporting trading, liaising with developers, and focusing on automation and scalability while aiding the middle office team in improving trade settlement and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traders on the trading floor to expand and improve trading activities across multiple markets and strategies.
• Support trading operations and liaise with developers to implement automation and scalability improvements.
• Assist the middle office team in improving trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Apply strong Python coding skills to develop tools and workflows that enhance trading efficiency.
