Overview
Bring your markets mindset to a role at the center of equity issuance execution. You will work closely with partners across sales, trading, research, and banking to help deliver equity solutions for clients. This role offers exposure to live transactions, fast-paced markets, and senior internal stakeholders. You will build practical execution skills while developing your ability to communicate clearly and influence outcomes through data and judgment.
As an ECM Syndicate Analyst in our team, you will help execute equity offerings and support day-to-day syndicate activities. You will contribute to transaction execution across initial public offerings, follow-ons, blocks, and convertible issuance. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand sector and stock-specific trends and incorporate investor feedback. You will frequently interact with the broader equity capital markets and banking teams and help maintain an active investor dialogue.
Job responsibilities
- Support execution of equity offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, blocks, and convertible issuance
- Provide execution support for offerings such as capital increases and share sell-downs
- Liaise with equity sales, research, and trading to discuss sector and stock-specific trends
- Capture and share investor feedback to support execution and client outcomes
- Maintain an active investor dialogue and contribute to investor engagement efforts
- Help source block opportunities in partnership with the broader team
- Collaborate closely with broader equity capital markets and banking teams to support coordinated execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience in syndicate, syndicate operations, sales and trading, or equity capital markets
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to perform effectively under competitive pressure while staying focused on client needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Confidence interacting with business clients and management
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
