About the SAP Internship Experience Project

The SAP Internship Experience Project is SAP’s global, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you’ll do

• Support Sales Program Execution – Assist in the operational execution of strategic sales programs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and program teams to support meeting preparation, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
• Content & Communication Support – Help create and organize internal materials such as presentations, trackers, and program updates to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Process Improvement – Contribute to building and documenting repeatable processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ad Hoc Projects – Take on additional tasks and small projects that support the broader team, gaining exposure to different aspects of strategic sales programs.

In this role, you’ll help drive the day-to-day execution of key strategic sales initiatives, while learning how sales programs are managed and optimized.

Who you are

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our BTM Strategic Sales Programs team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.

SAP BTM (Business Transformation Management) brings together tools for analyzing business process performance and the enterprise software used to enable and re-engineer business processes. This is a fast-growing cloud line of business within SAP.
