Project Title

Streamlining PMON Pre‑Map Data Through Automated Data Collection and Analysis

Project Description

This project focuses on improving the quality of PMON pre‑map data by developing an automated data collection and analysis solution. The objective is to identify abnormal or high‑risk pre‑map wafers early and highlight potential data quality issues, enabling engineers to make informed decisions before downstream impacts occur.

Objective of the Project

To reduce false or inaccurate PMON data that may lead to unnecessary tool qualification interruptions by improving data visibility and detection logic.

Project Scope

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to understand PMON pre‑map data flows and qualification requirements
• Design and develop a prototype program or logic to analyze pre‑map data patterns
• Establish criteria to identify high‑risk or abnormal PMON wafers for early flagging
• Validate the analysis results using historical or sample datasets

Learning Opportunities

• Gain hands‑on exposure to manufacturing tool qualification processes
• Understand data quality concepts within semiconductor manufacturing
