Your Role

Work with a team of Shift Maintenance Engineers and Assistant Maintenance Engineers to support a Wafer Fab Manufacturing Operation.

Responsibilities

• Understand the performance and characteristics of Applied Materials Centura/Endura equipment and LAM Research Novellus during PM and CM cycles.
• Learn and analyze the Maestria/Estar system.
• Troubleshoot the tool mechanically and perform basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Read electrical and electronics schematics.
• Study and learn all toxic gas types used for CVD processes (MSDS).
• Involve in tool retrofit/improvement projects and tool upgrades.
• Learn to install and reload equipment software.
• Utilize analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodologies.
• Engage in 5S tool housekeeping and maintain organized tool status updates.

Your Skills & Experiences

• At least 1 year of experience with AMAT Centura CVD/HDP Producer CVD tools and/or Lam Research Tool Novellus.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Able to troubleshoot independently and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with tool startup and relocation.
• Optimize preventive maintenance frequency through hardware/process improvements.
• Setup external sensors to improve tool robustness.
• Implement cost-saving projects through second sources or hardware modification.
• Understanding of CVD processes, plasma, and vacuum systems.
• General knowledge of risk assessment, 8D, Ishikawa, and root cause analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
