Product Associate, Employee Experience
As a Product Associate in Employee Experience, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. You will work closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners to contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. You will be at the forefront of product insights, using data to inform business decisions and helping create a new product offering targeted at internal product teams to better understand insights on how their experiences are performing and where there are areas of opportunity.
Job responsibilities
- Identify data to support the broader organization in understanding where our products need improvements and share insights with senior stakeholders.
- Transform data into actionable insights, determine the future product vision, and move that vision from strategy to delivery, including consolidating key milestones and partnering across the business.
- Collect and analyze metrics to support product insights and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate across design, data, technology, engineering, and product groups to support future vision and delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Ability to clearly present information through PowerPoint for senior stakeholders, including consolidating data outcomes and strategic visions.
- Logical thinker with technical literacy, including data transformation and analytics.
- Exposure to product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, including use of JIRA.
- A clear communicator with a self-start attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Sigma, Tableau).
- Understanding of data transformation tools (e.g., Excel or Alteryx).
- Interest in emerging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
- Awareness of design tooling (e.g., Figma).
