Platform and Integration Office (P&I/O)

Platform and Integration Office (“P&O”) is the team responsible under the BOS Global COO (“GCOO”) to build the WM Platform of the future across all offerings, all teams, and all locations. The team is responsible for strategic initiatives including building Channels, Wealth & Execution platforms as well as Cross Product Transformation.

Responsibilities

Within P&O - Cross Product Platform, we are driving transformation to elevate our private banking platform, powered by a strong pipeline of high-impact initiatives—ranging from a next-generation pre-trade and disclosures platform, smart pricing, and enhanced trading capabilities to new product launches like securities lending.

This is complemented by investments in advanced surveillance for risk and control, a robust Enterprise Data Mart, and critical regulatory initiatives including Virtual Assets and Global Sanctions—positioning us for the future of digital, data-driven banking.

Successful candidate will support the team lead and product owners in one or multiple initiatives and gain:

• Exposure to product ownership in a banking platform context
• Experience in cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management
• Insight into regulatory-driven change

• Strong interest in private banking and transformation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and on multiple initiatives concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
