Job Description

Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs. Assist the e-commerce operations team with onboarding to hit online sales targets:

• Shoot and measure merchandise
• Edit and upload products
• Order fulfilment
• Warehouse management

Work closely with the Malaysia (MY) e-commerce operations team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly. Record feedback meticulously and escalate to relevant teams promptly. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Collaborate with MY e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth delivery and logistics
• Record feedback meticulously and escalate to relevant teams promptly

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field
• Good command of English
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management
• Able to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative
• Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
