Program Details

• Program: 2026 APAC Long Internship – Securities Services, Client Delivery
• Location: Singapore
• Duration: 6 months
• Start date: July 2026
• For: Undergraduate students in any discipline from a recognized university

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination of new client onboarding and change requests from initiation to GO-Live
• Coordinate transitions related activities for existing clients—fund launches, terminations, restructuring, etc.
• Coordinate account and market opening forms between clients and the network team
• Deepen relationships with stakeholders and clients, proactively managing issues arising from requirements, deliverables and deadlines
• Assist in establishing project governance with internal business units for coordination, planning and tracking
• Assist in driving regular strategic client meetings, documenting onboarding and transition activities timelines, deliverables, requirements, dependencies and tracking to closure, escalating as needed
• Assist in completing documentation for implementation sign-off, audit and control
• Ensure close collaboration with internal stakeholders—Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales and Relationship Managers to manage pipeline, resourcing and project handovers
• Assist in supporting billing lifecycle activities
• Support transversal and local projects aligned with Singapore Management Committee priorities across the Securities Services business
