Role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative. This role is in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Supports operational fund administration activities for funds with more intricate portfolio assets, including processing transactions, tracking data, and compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinates fund administration activities with internal partners.
  • Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
  • Processes account-related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction. Following established procedures, answers inquiries, and resolves problems or issues.
  • Tracks fund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory, BNY, and client specifications.
  • Investigates and corrects fund errors. Escalates issues to senior team members.
  • Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Assists with the maintenance of process flows documentation, administrative summaries, and standard operating procedures.
  • No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members, as needed.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Associate's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of total work experience preferred; experience in accounting or fund administration preferred.
