We’re seeking a Summer Analyst to join our Risk & Compliance team. The role is located in Singapore.

The BNY Analyst Program

Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the line of business, you will gain a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise, providing insight into the operation of one of the world’s largest banks. In these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain exposure to senior leadership and receive personalized guidance from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion, you will be considered for high-impact roles in multiple functions.

Risk & Compliance

Risk & Compliance, led by the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), oversees and challenges BNY’s management of risk and compliance. The CRO reports directly to the CEO and the Risk Committee of the Board. Interns in Risk & Compliance will participate with global teams in real-world risk management and compliance functions. Interns are placed in one of eight themes: Credit Risk, Treasury & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, Technology Risk Management, Market Risk, Compliance, Model Risk, and Enterprise-wide Functions.

Program Eligibility

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business- and/or technology-related majors (preferred).
• Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• No sponsorship required for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
