BNY Analyst Program

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of the 2026 BNY Analyst Program to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Singapore.

Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY’s entire global franchise, providing rare insight into the operation of one of the world's largest banks. In each of these roles, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop a comprehensive set of analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the senior leadership of BNY and its clients, while receiving personalized guidance and support from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions.

Asset Servicing

Asset Servicing is a foundational business for BNY – it attracts increased client and investor attention whilst creating opportunities for other businesses across our organization. It is comprised of products and services that help our clients (fund managers, banks, insurance companies, etc.) with different parts of their operating models. The main products and services that we offer our clients include:

• Custody: Services to hold, transact, and settle securities and cash to support global investment activities. Core services include Custody and Safekeeping of assets; Tax and Regulation; and Trust and Depositary.
• Fund Services: Valuation services and end-investor solutions for retail and institutional funds. Enhanced accounting services to support complex capital-based fund structures, including Alternatives Servicing and ETF Servicing.
• Middle Office: Implement solutions to help clients with end-to-end investment analysis from post-trade execution through end-stakeholder communication. Services include Trade Management; Derivatives and Collateral Management; and IBOR.

To run and operate each business above, our organization relies on a wide range of teams including Business Development / Relationship Management, Client Experience, Corporate partners (People Team, Operations, Finance, Technology), etc. It is an optimal time to be part of the Asset Servicing team as we are market leaders with strong global partnerships across the industry. Program Eligibility

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
