Job Responsibilities

• Workplace is in Micron's distribution operation with ASRS, cleanroom operations, and packaging operations.
• Follow engineer instructions to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment used in warehouse and cleanroom to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist engineers to collect data for equipment performance improvement and evaluation.
• Assist engineers with installation and qualification of equipment used in the warehouse and cleanroom.
• Assist the Equipment Engineer on calibration, safety, quality, and efficiency of equipment at the warehouse.
• Participate in Continuous Improvements Program (CIP), Safety Good Catch, and Quality Process.
• Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting of warehouse equipment, clearance of jams, and providing equipment assistance.
• Assist in machine risk assessment documentation.
• Support regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment.
• Collect data from equipment and make continual improvements with the engineer's guidance in the area of machine performance.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma holder with a relevant technical discipline.
