Responsibilities
- Conduct timely registration of credit and market risk limits, such as new facilities, renewals, amendments, suspensions, or terminations in different systems in accordance with credit applications, comply with guidelines/rules, and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare basic Terms & Conditions of credit facilities in alignment with credit approval.
- Prepare and monitor daily control reports.
- Monitor monthly reports of approved conditions/instructions and meet reporting deadlines as required.
- Assist in the preparation of timely due date control reports.
- Communicate with relationship managers and/or other stakeholders regarding credit control issues.
- Participate in discussions on workflow and system enhancements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
- Adhere to all policies and guidelines.
- Handle other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Tertiary education or above.
- 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with less experience or recent graduates will be considered for an Administrator role.
- Sound knowledge of policies and processes relating to credit controls.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others.
