Team & Role

The Emerging & Scaled (E&S) team focuses on unlocking growth from new and growing advertisers across Spotify’s ads business. The New Business team brings first-time advertisers onto the platform and lays the foundation for long-term partnerships. France is a high-growth market within our E&S organization. Based in London, you will partner closely with our existing French Client Partners and Sales leadership to build a dedicated New Business pipeline and expand Spotify’s advertiser base across Europe.

Role Description

This role focuses on new business acquisition. You will source, qualify, and close net-new advertisers, building relationships from scratch and converting first-time buyers into long-term Spotify partners. Reporting to the Head of E&S Europe, you will be part of a dedicated cross-market New Business team focused on net-new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Source net-new advertisers and qualify opportunities within the European market.
  • Close net-new advertising deals and convert first-time buyers into long-term Spotify partners.
  • Build relationships from scratch and nurture partnerships with advertisers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of E&S Europe and cross-market teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with French Client Partners and Sales leadership to develop and execute a dedicated New Business pipeline.
