FP&A Analyst, Strategic Planning

Overview

Spotify’s Strategic Planning Finance group seeks an Analyst to join its team. The role supports a wide cross-section of financial planning and analysis, including the long-range plan, legal entity structure, and capital planning. You will work closely with the Manager and cross-functional finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis across multiple areas, including the long-range plan, entity structure, and capital planning.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and cross-functional partners to develop and maintain models and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, scalability, and clarity of financial models and outputs.

• Analytical thinker with strong modeling and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
