Junior Broker/Broker, CNH Deliverable Forwards

Role Overview

Tullett Prebon (TP ICAP) is looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a team environment. We seek sociable people who enjoy building long-term relationships with clients. This is a fast-paced, energetic role that requires teamwork and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Promote Tullett Prebon (TP) as a company
• Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems
• Resolve internal and external trade queries and ensure trade discrepancies are resolved promptly
• Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies
• Keep trade records up to date
• Update real-time manual/electronic whiteboards with market data
• Provide input on various projects for brokers and traders
• Provide trade details to brokers and traders daily
• Give live quotes to traders through messaging systems
• Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments
• Understand the underlying products being traded and stay updated on new products and procedures
• Liaise with clients (via telephone and face-to-face) to understand business objectives and provide reliable broking service
• Develop new business with existing clients and onboard new clients through the Client On-Boarding team
