Join us as an experienced Analyst for the Digital Infrastructure advisory team in New York, where you will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be part of a rapidly growing Digital Infrastructure team covering the Americas, focused on providing best-in-class deal execution and developing thoughtful, high-impact business development content.
What role will you play?
As an Analyst, you will be part of an integrated digital infrastructure focused team and support the group’s deal execution and business development efforts. You will work with our corporate and financial sponsor clients in the digital infrastructure space on buyside and sell side situations, as well as capital raising and debt advisory assignments. You will use your expertise in developing operating models, performing valuation analyses, and driving the day-to-day activities of transactions. In addition, you will assist the development of broader industry themes, thought pieces, and stay current with sector developments to support business development dialogue with clients.
What you offer
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in M&A deal execution and client coverage support in an industry group or M&A group at a reputable financial institution, with closed deal experience and in-depth involvement
- Demonstrable expertise in developing customary financial models (operating, LBO, merger analyses), valuation methodologies, and relevant accounting concepts
- Experience in data centers, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure verticals is preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Law
- Experience building and/or reviewing financial models, creating valuation analyses, and developing impactful client presentations; knowledge of all stages of transaction execution for relevant transactions, including origination, preparation, and diligence in M&A
What we offer
Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $140,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
