Job Summary
In this role, you will support the delivery of events of all sizes across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats, partnering with senior team members to shape and deliver event projects. You will coordinate key activities including venue research, pre-event planning, budget management, transportation logistics, and invoice processing. You will also contribute to post-event reporting to help measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Support the delivery of event projects across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats using Cvent (or similar) and Zoom.
- Partner with senior team members to help shape and deliver event initiatives.
- Coordinate venue research, pre-event planning, budget management, transportation logistics, and invoice processing.
- Contribute to post-event reporting to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement.
- Help deliver a variety of event projects, including client entertainment, staff and client conferences, virtual and hybrid events, and sporting events.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $70,000–$80,000/year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What You Offer
- 1–2 years’ experience in event marketing or a similar role; experience in financial services or a corporate environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or previous experience in a similar event management role (minimum 3 years).
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, support weekend events, and travel within the US when required.
- Strong organization, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads, competing priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience using Cvent (or a similar event management platform) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- AI tool experience such as ChatGPT and Copilot, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
