Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Act as a Commercial Banking business analyst to define user requirements and contribute to the development of digital solutions and end-to-end fulfillment processes
  • Monitor digital channel performance and analytics outcomes, provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management
  • Support development and formulate implementation plans and programs to influence channel behavior of identified customer segments
  • Conduct relevant business testing (User Acceptance Testing, Production Verification Testing) on digital solutions and formulate customer commercialization activities to ensure a smooth digital service launch
  • Ensure all issues relating to security and integrity of the bank's automated channels are satisfied
  • Act as an expert for channel issues, resolving production incidents and facilitate effective communication of best practices
  • Monitor the emergence of new technologies and changing consumer behaviors
  • Establish close relationships with Commercial Banking business and marketing teams

Requirements

To be successful you will need:

  • Good understanding of Commercial Banking business and products, preferably in managing digital initiatives and digital channels
  • Customer oriented with strong business acumen and analytics skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Skills in digital analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery / Looker Studio
  • Experience in driving digital initiatives would be an advantage; less experience would also be considered
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
  • Ability to use strong judgment to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
