What you’ll do
Our graduate programme gives you the grounding you need for a thriving career as a Relationship Manager. You’ll gain a comprehensive insight into our International Wealth and Premier Banking business as you work with teams across areas such as the Chief Operating Office, Digital Transformation, Distribution/Frontline, Product Development, and Strategy. In this role, you’ll support our customers with everything from everyday banking to long-term financial planning.
During the programme you’ll
- Gain an understanding of our product suite—from current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, to savings, investments, and wealth management.
- Gain exposure to our digital tools and understand how we track conversations, manage relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
- Understand how different laws and regulations affect our international clients and how we get it right every time.
What you’ll learn
Your journey kicks off with structured training delivered by internal and external experts to give you the technical know-how to hit the ground running. The programme begins with rotations across different areas of the business. You’ll gain exposure to how teams operate, develop solutions for clients, and learn how initiatives are designed and delivered. You’ll also immerse yourself in a customer-facing role, where you’ll learn who our customers are and how we serve them to prepare for a career as a Relationship Manager. By the end of the programme, you’ll have all the skills and knowledge you’ll need to continue your career in a client-facing role.
Eligibility criteria
- Available to work full time from July 2026 onwards
- Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (as appears on your official university transcript or degree certificate), or overseas equivalent
- Recent graduates with less than 2 years of full-time job experience or will have graduated by July 2026
- Fluent in English
