Overview

Finance and banking play a role in everyone’s life. From managing your student budget to saving from a part-time job, or planning your first big purchase, banking supports everyday decisions. At HSBC, we work with people from all backgrounds – and now we’re inviting students to explore what a future career in banking could really look like. You don’t need any knowledge of finance or banking to apply. What matters to us is your attitude, your curiosity, and your willingness to learn. If you’ve never seen yourself in banking before, this programme is designed to change that. It’s about trying things out, building confidence, and discovering what you’re capable of – in a supportive, welcoming environment.
