- Gain hands-on deal experience – Be exposed to live transactions; your work will contribute to real decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models – Analyse mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and both debt and equity financings through modelling and valuation work.
- Create client-facing materials – Support the team in developing pitchbooks, management presentations, and investment materials tailored to each client’s needs.
- Apply valuation techniques – Use industry-standard valuation methods such as discounted cash flow and comparable companies.
- Research and analyse market trends – Stay informed on market developments to inform presentations and strengthen client relationships.
- Support transactions – Prepare documents, meet clients, conduct research and checks before deals, and assist in deal delivery as they unfold.
- Assist with team coordination – Help Senior Bankers with schedules, meeting prep, and project tracking.
- Maintain compliance – Learn and follow regulations and compliance standards that protect you, the team, and clients.
