What you’ll do

Our graduate programme provides the foundation for a thriving career as a Relationship Manager. You’ll work with various Head Office teams including the Chief of Staff, Digital, and Product Development and Strategy, supporting customers with everything from everyday banking to long-term financial planning. During the programme you’ll:

  • Gain an understanding of our product suite – current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, and wealth management.
  • Gain exposure to our digital tools and learn how we track conversations, manage relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Understand how different laws and regulations affect international clients and how we get it right every time.

What you’ll learn

Your journey begins with structured training delivered by internal and external experts to provide the technical know-how needed to start strong. The programme starts with rotations across our product offering, enabling you to understand the product suite, propose solutions for customers, and learn how new products and enhancements are introduced. Your final and longest placement will be in a customer-facing role, where you’ll learn about our customers and how we serve them. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to continue your career in a client-facing role.

Eligibility criteria

  • Available to work full time from July 2026 onwards.
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a GPA of at least 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (as appears on official transcript or degree certificate), or overseas equivalent.
  • Recent graduates with less than 2 years of full-time work experience or who will have graduated by July 2026.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage.
  • Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.
